Professional projectDesign Sprint with Icade
NOVA: imagining work 10 years from now, in a one-week Design Sprint
What will the world of work look like in 10 years? That's the question my team and I asked ourselves during an intensive Design Sprint week with Icade.

Result
We presented Icade with a vision of tomorrow's work: a supportive AI that helps every employee combine performance and quality of life.
The project in detail
Context
An intensive Design Sprint week with Icade, as a team. The starting question: what will work look like in 10 years?
Problem: Our interviews and reading showed that employee expectations are changing fast: they want to combine performance and quality of life. Health at work is becoming a central issue.
Key decision
So we created NOVA. It's an app that addresses these challenges with a supportive AI that guides and advises employees through their day, with recommendations based on their state and needs.
Approach
- A large research phase. We called target users and ran interviews. We also read studies and reports on employee health at work and on the future of work.
- The Dashboard: users see their stress and fatigue levels, control their environment (lighting and temperature) and manage their connected devices (watch, smart chair, phone).
- Services, split into three sections. Wellness: book physiotherapy sessions or rest rooms, or switch workspaces. Meals: order dishes. Leisure: join company events, such as yoga sessions or inter-company matches.

What it shows
I can turn an open question into a concrete product concept in one week. Here, AI isn't a showcase: it starts from the employee's state and suggests a useful action.
Learnings
This project taught me that AI should be designed around a specific moment in the user's day. If I can't say what it changes for them, it doesn't belong there.
